Rebelle AB (publ) (”Rebelle” or ”Company”), has entered into an agreement with Erik Penser Bank AB (”Penser”) whereas Penser will act as a liquidity provider for the Company’s share. The purpose is to promote the share's liquidity and Penser’s undertaking commences with immediate effect.
A liquidity provider aims to provide a more correct price picture in the Company’s share. Penser will fulfil its assignment as liquidity provider to ensure the possibility of trading in Rebelle’s share every day by continuously placing trading records on each purchase and sales page in the order book. The undertaking is made in accordance with Nasdaq First North Growth Market’s applicable rules regarding liquidity providers.
