About general meeting
The general meeting is the highest decision-making body in the Company. At the general meeting, all shareholders can exercise the influence of their respective ownership corresponds to in the Company. The general meeting elects the board and auditors and decides upon such matters as dividends, board discharge, changes in the articles of association and the share capital.

Summons
The summons to the general meeting shall be made by publishing in the Swedish Official Gazette (“Post- och Inrikes Tidningar”) and on the Company’s website. Announcement that notice have been issued shall be made in Dagens Industri.

The summons for the Annual General Meeting shall be published at the earliest six weeks and at the latest four weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Right to participate
To have the right to participate at the General Meeting and vote for the shares held, the shareholder must be recorded in the share register, held by Euroclear Sweden AB, on the record date five weekdays (including Saturdays) prior to the General Meeting and notify the Company within the date announced in the summons.

Shareholders, whose shares have been registered in the name of a nominee, must, to be able to exercise their voting right at the General Meeting, temporarily reregister their shares in their own names on the record date. Details of how to apply to attend the General Meeting are presented both in the summons the Meeting and by the information on the Company’s website.

Shareholders can participate personally or through a proxy and can also be assisted by a maximum of two persons. Each share entitles to one vote and every shareholder entitled to vote may vote for the maximum number of shares owned and represented by the shareholder without limitation.

Annual general meeting
Rebelle AB’s Annual General Meeting shall be held in Stockholm no later than six months after the end of the financial year.
